💎 Position: Test Manager

🚀 Start: ASAP

🧑‍💻 Long-term freelance contract

💰 Rate: up to 155 PLN net/h

🔹 Location: Remote from Poland

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, including 2+ years in Test Management.
• Strong skills in people management, project management, and business communication.
• Proficiency in test management tools, testing, and reporting.
• Ability to mentor Senior Test Automation Engineers and Testers.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification
• English at B2+ level for effective communication in global teams.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode – onsite / offsite and travel to client sites in Germany

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience with projects in the Public Sector.

Your Role:

• Work with stakeholders to implement project activities and meet goals.
• Complete tasks on time and provide regular updates.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve processes and collaboration.
