We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer to guide a team of data engineers in developing and optimizing data pipelines and architecture. If you have experience building scalable data solutions, enforcing best practices in security and governance, and translating business needs into technical solutions, this role is for you.

Your Role:

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers.

🔹 Design and implement scalable data infrastructure.

🔹 Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT.

🔹 Establish best practices for data partitioning, retention, security, and governance.

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals.

🔹 Continuously improve data engineering practices and architecture.

🔹 Convert business requirements into technical solutions and document them.

Requirements:

✔️ 7+ years of experience in data engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

✔️ Strong proficiency in Airflow, Snowflake, DBT.

✔️ Advanced skills in Python, Spark, SQL, and AWS.

✔️ Experience with large-scale Data Warehouses and data modeling.

✔️ Familiarity with external data sources and third-party APIs.

✔️ Strong optimization skills for ETL workflows and data storage.

✔️ Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams.

✔️ Fluent English.
