Our Website Experience team is responsible for driving the user experience across all websites that our customers and partners interact with. We create, optimize, and maintain a large number of pages and campaigns that reach both our current and future customers.
We are currently looking for a Tech Lead who will work closely with the team to create and optimize engaging pages across the entire Text.com ecosystem. You will also coordinate the work of three talented engineers who are actively involved in building pages and supporting marketing initiatives such as landing pages and newsletters.
- Leading day-to-day cooperation within the website engineering team: status syncs, technical deep dives, demos, and problem-solving.
- Ensuring that the technical roadmap effectively supports business goals.
- Translating business and marketing goals into clear technical strategies and scalable solutions.
- Defining and evolving shared architecture, tooling, and best practices to support fast-paced experimentation and long-term scalability.
- Creating and maintaining shared resources (e.g., code templates, component libraries, build pipelines) to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Owning the quality and performance of all marketing and product websites, including code review processes and technical oversight.
- Shipping and iterating on high-impact landing pages, product pages, and content experiences that directly support our growth initiatives.
- Have strong experience building and scaling modern websites in a fast-paced product or growth environment.
- Are comfortable owning a web ecosystem end-to-end — from infrastructure and performance to UX consistency.
- Know how to audit, benchmark, and optimize for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and conversion performance.
- Have experience introducing good practices in code review, collaborative organization of web developers, among others.
- Have led web engineering teams and know how to develop engineers through mentorship, feedback, and collaboration.
- Enjoy helping new team members ramp up quickly through pairing, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing.
We move fast and support a wide range of marketing and product initiatives, so flexibility is key. That said, there are a few core technologies you’ll need to be comfortable with.
Must have experience with:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- React, Next.js, Vite
- WordPress
- Hosting & deployment: Vercel, Netlify
Nice to have:
- Hugo or other static site generators
- Stimulus (or similar lightweight JS frameworks)
- Headless CMS experience (e.g., Decap, Statamic)
- PHP (for custom WordPress or backend integrations)
- Docker (for local development or deployment pipelines)
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
