Veeva CRM Project Manager

The implementation of Veeva CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.

• Understand client business requirements and translate them into user stories addressed to the delivery team.

• Manage country and core team expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and motivate project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Coordinate and manage the work of cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts.

• Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements (skills, technologies, certs):

• Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

• Senior customer relationship management skills

• Have a strong understanding of Veeva Systems' software solutions, including Vault promomat, align, Network and CRM.

• Good knowledge of Veeva best practices

• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP standards

• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

• English - min. C1
