Senior PM with ERP

Currently at Upvanta we are looking for ERP Project Manager.

In this role you will be: 

• Successfully planning, executing, and delivering one or more concurrent medium/large projects
• Taking ownership for defining and delivering project objectives and results
• Defining and agreeing a project governance process with stakeholders
• Defining and organizing project work, required documents and results for validation and compliance, including meeting cadence, scorecards, RAID log
• Driving project execution within established scope, schedule, resource, and quality requirements, leading project teams of cross-functional resources in a matrix environment
• Managing project risks and issues, ensuring their timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners
• Planning and executing change management activities related to applicable project
• Providing project reporting and communications, including Steering meeting facilitation, executive status reporting, identifying, and reporting risks
• Setting and completing own work direction and work tasks along with setting the direction of assigned project team members

To be successful, you should also be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a global, matrixed corporation
• Minimum of 8 years’ formal project management experience, including experience driving medium to large-sized projects from initiation through closure
• Experience in managing projects in following areas (not exhaustive): ERP Integrations, IT, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Process Transformations, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial
• Strong senior/executive stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PgMP is a preference
• Strong organizational navigation, project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills and proven experience using project management tools and software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Project Online, MS Office)
