Automated ETL Tester

We are seeking a skilled Automated ETL Tester for our client, a well-established company in the insurance industry that focuses on cutting-edge data solutions and automation. You will play a key role in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated ETL test scripts for validating data accuracy and transformations.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks for ETL processes.
• Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end automated testing across Snowflake and/or Matillion environments.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines.
• Utilize SQL and scripting languages to optimize and automate the testing process.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements – Must Have:

• Insurance industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL testing, with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and validating data.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements – Nice to Have:

• Expertise in Snowflake.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Python, or Java-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
