IT Engineer

What you'll get to do: 

• 3rd line support for high available systems 
• Infrastructure management (IaC – Terraform, Ansible) 
• Services administration (Directory Services, WebServers, Databases and many more) 
• Automated server OS administration, deployment, monitoring and patching (Linux and Windows) 
• AWS/Azure administration 
• Help building environments using microservices, containers, HA systems 
• Maintaining and improving internal documentation 

What you should have: 

• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux (Debian, CentOS, RedHat) 
• Good knowledge of database systems (like MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) 
• Scripting capabilities in preferred language (Bash, PowerShell, Python etc.) 
• Understanding of Git, Apache, Zabbix (or other monitoring software) 
• Be familiar with basic networking terms (like DNS, DHCP, SMTP and more) 
• Good written and verbal communication 
• English skills (at least B2) 
• Analytical skills 
• Team player and problem-solving attitude 
• Strong communication skills and open-mindedness 

Bonus points if you're coming with: 

• AWS/Azure certificates 
• Experience in deploying HA systems covering multiple regions 
• Know Atlassian applications (or other issue tracking system) 
• Knowledge and experience in Backup and Disaster Recovery services 
• ITIL Certificate/knowledge
