Rate: 170 - 195 PLN per hour

Cooperation model: B2B or Employment Contract

Your role is:

-> Develop automated solutions to analyze data from internal and external sources;

-> Automate control testing across operational risk areas;

-> Maintain and improve Klarna’s Governance Risk and Compliance system;

-> Perform independent control testing to ensure compliance with risk appetite;

-> Analyze structured and unstructured data for risk monitoring and insights;

-> Prepare risk reports in line with EU, US, and UK requirements.

Your skills and experiences:

-> Experience: at least 6 years of experience in CyberSecurity and 3+ years in financial services or banking, with a solid understanding of risk management frameworks;

-> Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python and SQL, with operational automation experience;

-> AI Integration: Expertise in LLM Prompt Engineering and OpenAI technologies;

-> Analytical Skills: Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions with strong problem-solving capabilities;

-> Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills;

-> Collaboration: Ability to function effectively in cross-departmental teams;

-> Strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

-> Language proficiency: Advanced English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

+ System Experience: Familiarity with internal systems and data platforms;

+ Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance standards in risk management;

+ Review Experience: Experience in conducting independent reviews of business processes.
