Your role is:
-> To act as an expert on Sailpoint IIQ, driving best practices, design, and implementation strategies;
->To improve and maintain identity lifecycle management and access governance systems at Klarna;
-> To work directly with Sailpoint IIQ code, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
-> To contribute to the broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, collaborating on new solutions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Your skills and experiences:
-> 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint IIQ;
-> Expertise in Sailpoint IIQ, with a deep understanding of access governance and identity lifecycle management;
-> Good understanding of Java, Python, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code;
-> Strong testing skills to ensure robust and reliable identity management solutions;
-> Experience working in enterprise-grade environments, preferably in fintech;
-> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring knowledge is shared and silos are avoided;
-> Strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
-> Language proficiency: Advanced English (minimum B2 level).
