Why do we need you?

Due to our rapid growth and increasing demand for our solutions, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to support us in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and optimising our products and services.

Your tasks at x1F:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various IT projects.
• Process Mapping: Identify and map existing business processes, and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Testing and QA: Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results to ensure the quality of IT solutions.
• Project Coordination: Support project management activities, such as tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on project status, business performance, and key metrics to stakeholders.
