👉 GCP DevOps Engineer

🟣You will be:

• architect and execute application migrations to GCP – containerizing and deploying to the GCP cloud (Kubernetes, VMs),
• lead migration initiatives from on-premises systems to modern cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal service disruption,
• architect and execute live update strategies, managing planned downtimes with minimal business impact,
• manage multi-platform environments spanning Linux, Unix, and Windows systems,
• implement automated deployment pipelines for continuous delivery,
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migrations.

🟣 Your profile:

• +5 years of experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure (GCP),
• strong expertise in application containerization (Docker, container security, optimization),
• proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and Helm package management,
• proven track record of successful application migration projects,
• experience with database administration and migration (Oracle, PostgreSQL),
• proficiency in Python, C, and Java programming languages,
• hands-on experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows environments,
• demonstrated expertise with web servers (Tomcat, Apache),
• strong background in API integration and development (REST, SOAP),
• experience with database connectors and optimization techniques,
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams,
• self-motivated learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. 

🟣 Nice to have:

• deep understanding of authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) implementation,
• experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments,
• background in zero-downtime deployment strategies,
• familiarity with cloud cost optimization,
• understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
