Ruby on Rails Developer

🟣 You will be:

• improving and evolving core backend services, to deliver on business and product requirements,
• collaborating with cross functional teams, including Product, Design, Content, SEO,
• working in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Miro,
• sharing knowledge with other team members,
• applying best software engineering principles and practices in the evolution of our systems,
• supported by Team Leader and got development opportunities as Tech Leader or Solutions Architect.

🟣 Your profile:

• ready to start immediately,
• smart and tech savvy engineer with 8+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails,
• proactive and inspiring team member – ready to take initiative and drive projects forward, bring innovative ideas to the table, and motivate others through a positive and energetic approach,
• proficient in addressing and refactoring legacy code with confidence, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions,
• experience with best practices in software development, including writing and maintaining comprehensive documentation,
• experience with Elixir is a plus,
• very communicative and collaborative,
• understanding the software development lifecycle,
• upper intermediate/Advanced English (B2/C1),
• work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
