The company provides FinTech solutions used by nearly 2 million users, with a total transaction volume of approximately 10,000,000 per month. The employment is based on a full-time employment contract. The work is conducted in a highly flexible hybrid mode in Tricity, requiring only a few on-site days per month.

The Senior IT Security Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of protection for the organization's IT infrastructure. This position involves identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, actively monitoring systems, and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Your Responsibilities
🔹 Vulnerability Identification and Management:
Conduct regular security assessments of IT infrastructure and applications.
Utilize advanced vulnerability scanning tools and prioritize identified risks.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement patches and security solutions.
🔹 Incident Monitoring and Response:
Actively monitor systems using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other threat detection tools.
Detect, analyze, and respond promptly to security incidents.
Prepare incident analysis reports and recommend system improvements.
🔹 Security Solution Design and Implementation:
Deploy new technologies and tools to enhance IT security.
Develop and maintain technical policies and procedures for IT infrastructure protection.
Evaluate and upgrade existing security systems in line with the latest threats and trends.
🔹 Threat Analysis and Cyberattack Research:
Proactively assess potential threats and their impact on IT infrastructure.
Stay up to date with the latest techniques used by cybercriminals and implement preventive measures.
🔹 Collaboration with Other Teams:
Provide technical security support to other IT teams.
Consult on the design and implementation of new technological solutions, ensuring security requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5-7 years of experience in IT Security.
✔️ Strong knowledge of security systems, monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS), and cloud technologies.
✔️ Hands-on experience in incident management and security implementation.
✔️ Familiarity with security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
✔️ Analytical problem-solving skills related to IT security.
✔️ Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP) are a plus.
