DevSecOps Engineer (DevOps also welcome to apply)

Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Securing CI/CD Pipelines

• Design and implement security measures for CI/CD workflows.
• Automate security testing and vulnerability detection within CI/CD processes using tools like Terraform.
• Work closely with development teams to enforce security best practices and policies.

🔹 Web Application Firewall (WAF) Management

• Configure and maintain WAF solutions (e.g., Cloudflare) to safeguard applications from security threats.
• Continuously update WAF rules to address emerging vulnerabilities and attack patterns.
• Conduct security audits and assessments of WAF configurations.

🔹 Cloud Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce cloud security policies and best practices.
• Continuously monitor cloud environments with tools like AWS GuardDuty, Wiz, Orca, WAF, Cloudflare, and similar to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Manage cloud security configurations using Terraform and CDK.

🔹 Implementing Security Self-Service

• Develop in-house security tools within the organization's IDP.
• Test and evaluate new security solutions to enhance secure development workflows and promote the Secure by Design approach.

Your Skills & Experience

✔️ 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related roles.

✔️ Strong passion for security and system protection.

✔️ Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Shift Left and Secure by Design methodologies in CI/CD, utilizing tools like SonarQube, Dependabot, Wiz, etc.

✔️ Expertise in configuring and managing Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) (AWS WAF, Cloudflare, etc.).

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

The Offer

📄 Employment Type: CoE (FTE)

💲 Total Compensation: Up to 53,000 PLN gross/month (including up to 40,000 PLN gross base salary + company shares + annual bonus)
