Frontend Developer (React)

We are looking for a Frontend Developer (React).

• Fully remote work.
• Language: fluent English and Polish

Duties

• Redesign and optimize the application’s front end with a focus on responsiveness and modern UI practices

• Enhance our design systems and ensure consistent user experience across platforms

• Work closely with the front-end engineering team to ensure high-quality implementations

• Ensure accessibility of the developed components  to meet web standards (WCAG)
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering with proven front-end expertise and a very strong technical background
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and CSS
• Solid experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Expertise on unit testing
• Accessibility (a11y) knowledge, with the ability to build inclusive user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end build tools and best practices.
• Experience in REST API
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus

Nice to  have:

• Familiarity with design tools or a background in collaborating closely with design teams

• Experience in design is a big plus

• Functional programming knowledge

• Experience on react performance

• Experience with Remix or next.js
