AWS UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior AWS UX Designer for our client, a global leader in renewable energy.

The project focuses on improving the user experience for an AWS platform by creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly content. It involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and technical writers to ensure documentation is up-to-date and effectively communicates complex technical concepts. Additionally, the project optimizes SharePoint and MS Teams integrations to enhance content engagement.

Hybrid work (2 times/week in Warsaw office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Content Design and Enhancement: Design and refine user guidelines and technical content for the AWS-based platform. Ensure seamless, clear, and accessible documentation for IT users across AWS services.
• Content Strategy and Updates: Continuously update and optimize platform content to provide the most current and relevant information. Improve onboarding for new users and enhance understanding for existing users by refining documentation and ensuring content is up to date.
• Content Optimization for Understanding: Collaborate with content creators to structure and improve technical documentation, enhancing user comprehension and accessibility. Ensure AWS product functionalities and services are clearly documented, enabling users to grasp complex concepts with ease.
• Amplify Existing SharePoint Content: Enhance SharePoint content by integrating MS Viva to enrich engagement and elevate the integration of SharePoint and MS Teams to improve content reach.
• Potentially working with Engagement Metrics and Analytics: Implement engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of UX and identify areas for improvement through data-driven analytics.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of AWS and user interactions with AWS products.
• Familiarity with AWS product documentation is a plus.
• SharePoint and MS Teams: Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams integrations, including content enhancement, custom workflows.
• UX Design Tools and Research: Proficient in UX design methodologies, user research, usability testing, and content optimization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and content creators.
• Generative AI & Engagement Metrics: Understanding of AI integration into content platforms and experience with implementing engagement metrics to drive improvements.
