About the project:
Core banking Program has the aim to simplify by consolidating the old local legacy core systems capabilities into one Nordic platform.
As the program execution lead, you will oversee the delivery work of a large, diverse and interdisciplinary teams across business and
technology. Reporting to the Head of Core Banking Platform, deliver quality features, ensuring the new Platform meets business needs and enhances customer experience.
Main tasks:
Your responsibilities will encompass various activities with main focus on delivering value to our customer by:
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery, leading cross-functional teams in a distributed agile (SAFe) environment
- Quickly assess and prioritize critical problems across various project areas, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of recurring issues, implementing preventative measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Provide assessments and outline innovative approaches to deliver the program’s tactical and strategic objectives.
- Manage key stakeholders internal and external to the organisation, including external vendors, in the context of critical deliverie and commitments
- Leadership, training and mentoring of both engineering leaders and engineers
- Encouraging and driving continuous improvement in everything we do
Requirements:
- Previous experience in programme management activities and a strong delivery approach
- Collaborating and setting goals with each business area understanding the strategic direction
- Passionate leader that thrives in ambiguous environments
- At least 10 years of experience in large programmes with a minimum of 5 years in a Core Banking Delivery role
- Experience in working with multi-cultural distributed teams
- Engineering background with exposure to diverse platforms and technology sets
- Proficient in English both oral and written
