Who we are looking for!
We are looking for Application Support Engineer to become part of our SaaS Operations Team providing business critical operational services to our Customers core software, infrastructure, and integrations. You´ll be the Technical Account Manager for key SaaS Customers and will, in cooperation with Service Manager plan/execute changes, upgrades of our software.
You may also work on projects, where you together with the Project Manager and technical teams will be responsible for planning/executing tasks related to setting up environments, integrations, monitoring, software installations. You´ll work close with our Customers building strong Customer Relationships. The SaaS Operations team is involved in monitoring, automations/batch jobs, software installation and upgrades, pipelines setup, interface adjustments and technical support and improvements.
Our aim is to provide a higher availability for our Customers and you´ll be able to influence way of working to optimize operations, processes and services.
