We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and administration of OpenShift (on-prem Kubernetes) environments and utilizing tools like Helm, Helmfile, and Git to streamline deployments and infrastructure management. 

What you need: 

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role. 
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift (on-prem Kubernetes) administration. 
• Proficiency in Helm and Helmfile for managing Kubernetes deployments. 
• Solid knowledge of Git for source code management and deployment workflows. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. 
• Similarity with operation systems Linux (preferably RedHat) 
• Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring within Kubernetes-based environments. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Fluency in English 

Nice to have:

• German reading/writing skills

Your tasks  

• Kubernetes administration and containerization 
• Implement and maintain Helm and Helmfile configurations for efficient deployment management. 
• Utilize Git for version control and collaboration in managing deployment artifacts. 
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance OpenShift environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. 
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications on OpenShift. 
• Writing scripts in Bash/Python 
• Provide support and guidance on OpenShift best practices to internal teams.
