    Introduction & Summary

    emagine is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our network of freelance IT consultants. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs across multiple countries. You will support our clients in the seamless execution of HR transformation initiatives while demonstrating independence and initiative. Your ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this role.


    Main Responsibilities


    As the Deputy Program Manager, you will:

    • Assist the Program Manager in planning and executing the HR transformation program.
    • Step in to lead the program when required, ensuring continuity and progress.
    • Facilitate transitions from current service providers to new ones with minimal disruption.
    • Oversee the development of a global HR template adaptable to local requirements.
    • Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Manage issue resolution, risk assessments, and contingency planning during transitions.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.


    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience in leading multi-country transformation programs or projects.
    • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
    • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and change management methodologies.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and drive success when needed.
    • Experience in global environments and managing diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and influence.
    • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project environments.


    Nice to Have

    • Experience in business consulting services.
    • Expertise in change management processes.
