Position Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and guide 1-2 technical product teams composed of developers and engineers. Your role will encompass supporting various data platforms and use cases while collaborating closely with product team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Directly facilitate Scrum events for product teams, ensuring effective delivery and team focus, while also:

• Collaborating actively with Product Owners to achieve team objectives.
• Identifying and diminishing barriers affecting team success.
• Cultivating a learning and development culture through coaching.
• Working closely with people leaders for ongoing talent development.
• Participating in knowledge sharing activities to enhance professional expertise.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• 3-5 years in agile environments with relevant Scrum certification.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across diverse cultures.
• Experience in design thinking and product strategy mapping.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Miro.
• Experience in the life sciences or regulated industries.

Other Details:
