Financial Master Data Analyst

TEAM:

To support the next Client’s roll-outs, we are looking for additional data analysts to support the data migration team. We are looking for people with a solid experience in data analyses, ERP processes and master data.

ROLE:

The Client is running a global business transformation program focused on rolling out SAP S/4 Hana ERP system and globalizing and leaning all processes (process standardization among different countries). Currently the biggest focus is being put on the work with the financial Master Data and working with financial SAP modules (SAP FICO).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and prepare financial and retail master data objects together with master data team, business and the ERP implementation partner to hone requirements and fit to standard process design.
• Deep dive in business processes, master data mapping and prepare solution design in new ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)
• Contribute to master data migration processes by facilitating mapping, analyses and load files.
• Maintain documentation
• Support process owners, business analysts and business SMEs in transformation with analyses, functional deep dives. 
• Implement data standardization and harmonization for consistency of the data objects throughout their lifecycle
• Provide training to end-users on data entry best practices and master data concept and usage

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a master data analyst or in a similar role, and data migration.
• Experience from other enterprise-wide SAP implementation programs and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proven experience working with financial data, collaborating with financial specialists such as Accountants.
• Profound working experience from SAP FICO and SAP Retail module (F.ex. SAP MM, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders or Business Partner)
• Good understanding of core business processes and workstreams such as R2R, OTC, P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and hereunder Master Data concepts in SAP 
• Proficient spoken and written command of English
• Previous experience working in financial entities.
