Project Manager with VMWare expertise

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model)

Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net+VAT

Contract duration: Long-term cooperation

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of VMware and the ability to independently manage project execution while ensuring alignment with approved objectives, budgets, and quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading project initiatives within the financial sector.
• Ensuring the delivery of objectives according to budgetary and quality metrics.
• Implementing and maintaining effective project management methodologies.
• Developing strong stakeholder management strategies.
• Utilizing agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Facilitating decision-making processes and conflict resolution effectively.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient knowledge of VMware technologies.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince, or equivalent certifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the financial or highly regulated industry.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Resilience and flexibility with a structured approach to tasks.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with additional Agile frameworks and practices.
• Previous positions in conflict resolution or negotiation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices in project settings.
