Omni Calculator is a Polish tech company that helps solve real-life problems using science, numbers, and equations, thus making rational decisions. Our main product, the web application omnicalculator.com, contains over 3700 custom-built calculators co-created by experts in various fields of science. It is visited over 20 million times a month. Media outlets such as The New York Times, National Geographic, The Guardian, and The Washington Post featured our calculators.
👉Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team and take ownership of our core product area: the calculators.
You will have to balance the needs of our users versus the needs of our internal content team that creates and manages the calculators.
You will own the product area’s strategy and roadmap with a focus on how to impact the general user experience provided by our core product. You will understand stakeholders' (internal and external) needs and propose initiatives to address them in the broader context of our strategy and market reality.
Your agile approach will engage cross-functional teams and drive the refinement of product backlogs, feature prioritization, and iterative enhancements based on experiments and hypothesis validation processes. This role is crucial in shaping our innovative product to meet diverse user needs.
👉Responsibilities:
- Your main focus area will be our core product: the calculator page
- You will be responsible for increasing the engagement of users with our calculators by providing them with extra value
- You will collaborate closely with our content team to generalize individual calculator needs into use cases that benefit a wider range of users across multiple calculators
- You will drive A/B tests to establish the impact of new features and run qualitative research to get insights into user behavior
- You will own the backlog of a development team (creation and prioritization) and be supported by a Product Designer and Product Data Analyst (shared)
- You will drive requirements gatherings with internal stakeholders and formulate goals and solutions to achieve the optimal balance between needs
- Consistently measure the progress and success of each release
- Convert requirements into detailed user stories with clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
👉Role Requirements:
- Experience working for a product-based company
- Experience in back-end administrative interfaces that allow admins / super users to configure a user-facing solution - Our content team builds calculators, and you will support them in doing this effectively.
- Experience in driving projects with a focus on interface design (UX)
- Strong prioritization skills and result (outcome) oriented approach
- Strong experience in building and driving experiments to validate assumptions on problem statements, solution designs, or release success tracking
- Highly data-literate approach with a strong focus on behavior patterns and user data.
- Ability to formulate and articulate product specifications, oversee the launch, assess its impact, and recommend enhancements.
- Capability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including the founders, assessing and utilizing their expertise as needed
- Good understanding of Agile Development and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in working in multicultural environments

- Experienced from a startup
- Experience in an ad revenue-driven, high-traffic publishing business
👉Employment terms:
- Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment (available only for candidates based in Poland)
- The first contract will be signed for six months
- Salary:EURO: 2 350 - 4150 net B2B or 2000 - 3 460 gross CoE
- PLN (Poland-located employees): 10 000 - 18 000 net B2B or 8 500 - 15 000 gross CoE
- Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
- Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków
