    Role: Project Specialist/PMO (mid)


    Localisation: TaśmowaWarsaw, Poland

    Industry: Global Transport and Logistics

    Work model: hybrid model from the Warsaw office


    Rate 50-90 PLN/h netto + VAT - depending on experience

    Assignment type: B2B contract

    Project length: 6 months + possible extensions

    Project language: English (B2+/C1 at least)

     

    Responsibilities:


    • Managing EDI / API / ESB implementations following internal procedures and instructions.
    • Responsibility for planning, managing, deploying, and mitigating risks and follow-up on assigned integrations according to the defined methods including:
    • a. verifying the requirements of a given integration,
    • b. quality assurance on data elements.
    • c. implementation of integrations,
    • d. verification and control of KPIs,
    • e. facilitation and management of implementation team members,
    • f. steering communication strategy concerning all project integration,
    • g. participation in meetings with internal and external partners and customers,
    • h. timely and high-quality preparation of instructions/maps/checklists/overviews/reports about the implemented integration (according to clients adhering standards and policies),
    • i. maintaining close cooperation with respective functions in terms of change, management and proactive business case realization planning of the project.
    • Complex, proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance set-ups (mainly internal stakeholders).
    • Reporting responsibility to integration stakeholders according to defined structures, i.e. implementation team, board, executive, but also to CINTO Management or others identified by management relevant integration stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the standardization of products and tools.
    • Close cooperation with other teams within one process.


    Requirements:


    • 2-5+ years of experience in running projects.
    • Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
    • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships.
    • Focus on pursuing a goal and looking for solutions at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.
