Senior Project Manager

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Industry: Banking

Location: Hybrid, Gdańsk (1x a week office)

Rate: Up to around 170 PLN/h (B2B)

Start: ASAP (flexible)

Project duration: > 12 months

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Your goal will be to drive and coordinate IT parts of business projects/ activities. Coordinate IT resources work, scope and plan activities and follow up on financials, dependencies and risks. Specifically for a Data mart project. You will also work closely with Service Domain Tech Lead to ensure success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a senior project manager with scrum master experience from IT projects needed (~ 5 years of experience).
• Experience of working with IT development (database) projects (pref. Snowflake).
• Experience with working agile and in sprints as well as waterfall projects.
• Experience from working in the financial sector considered an advantage.
• Great documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Great Stakeholder management skills ( incl. vendor management).
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience of working with database development projects.
• Experience of data mapping and data transformation.
• Understanding of different Data Models
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
• Proficient in Office 365, JIRA and Confluence
