Working on various projects combining knowledge and experience in business/system/technology domains and coordination skills.
Different types of projects depending on the profile: advisory projects in areas such as solution selection, feasibility analysis, architecture development; management projects, including portfolio management, project management; implementation projects, such as ground-up implementations, upgrades, migrations, technological transformations, regulatory changes, maintenance or outsourcing projects.
Supporting project lifecycle management: estimating scope and effort, planning and selecting methods, scheduling, conducting, progress reporting, risk management.
Supporting the planning and coordination of work product creation, coordinating execution, delivering results to clients, coordinating testing processes.
Supporting the preparation of analytical work products: system analysis, scope analysis, requirement documents, post-implementation documentation.
Working with systems: system analysis, design, configuration, development, testing.
Supporting the building and management of implementation teams, managing work efficiency.
Participating in shaping and scaling team and practice competencies, implementing selected knowledge-building, knowledge transfer, and training strategies.
Participating in recruitment processes.
Working in business domains as a functional/technical architect, product owner, or expert.
Participating in initiatives exploring new areas of value creation for clients, related to new market trends, technologies, or regulatory changes.
Collaborating with domain experts within the organization, technology partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
Experience working with Calypso.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Good knowledge of a selected programming language (Java, C#, others).
Experience in independently managing small projects or parts of them.
Advanced domain knowledge in a selected area of markets, treasury products, Front Office or Back Office processes.
Knowledge and skills in current technological trends, particularly cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.
Preferably previous experience in roles related to the software development lifecycle - business/system analysis, configuration, programming, testing, or system maintenance.
Relevant education in management, finance and accounting, economics, econometrics, quantitative methods, or software development.
Proficiency in English.
