IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
• Develop and manage comprehensive IT project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Estimate resources and manage budgets, ensuring IT projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints
• Track progress and deliverables, using project management tools to monitor performance and ensure timely completion
• Manage changes and risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
• Lead and motivate the IT project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven IT project management experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• PMP, PMI, AgilePM certification or equivalent is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously and work under pressure
