Oracle HCM Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle HCM Integration:
• Lead the integration of US payroll systems with Oracle HCM.
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Test Automation with Tricentis:
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Manage test cases and test data for Oracle HCM modules.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Test Management:
• Coordinate and lead test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Mentor and guide junior test analysts in best practices for test automation and Oracle HCM integration.
• Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date.

Key Competencies:

• Oracle HCM Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and its modules.
• Experience in managing employee data, recruitment processes, training, and employee development.
• US Payroll Integration Experience:
• Proven experience in integrating US payroll systems with Oracle HCM.
• Understanding of US payroll laws and regulations.
• Tricentis Automation Experience:
• Proficiency in using Tricentis Tosca for automated testing of Oracle HCM.
• Ability to create and manage automated test cases and scripts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM and Tricentis Tosca are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, US payroll integration, and test automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
