Key Responsibilities: 

• resolving hardware & software issues reported by GetResponse employees 
• Active Directory & Office 365 administration 
• Windows Server administration (Hyper-V & Microsoft Azure) 
• MDM administration (Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune) 
• maintaining IT hardware in the office 
• maintaining SaaS & support services 
• participating in the onboarding processes for new hires 

You may be the perfect fit if you have: 

• 2+ year work experience in an IT Support or IT Helpdesk environment 
• very good knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environment   
• ability to use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen 
• ability to train users to work with new computer hardware or software 
• experience in network management 
• technical English language proficiency 
• excellent Polish language skill 
• very good social and communication skills (ability to handle large volume of inquiries) 
• driving license would be an asset

Salary range: 

• contract of employment: 6 100 PLN - 11 330 PLN gross per month
