IT Assets Manager

For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Asset Manager.

Salary: 20 000 PLN monthly, B2B.

Cooperation mode: 100% office (office is in Warsaw, near Fabryka Norblina).

Knowledge and skills:

• At least 5 years (full time) experience at the similar position
• Excellent knowledge of IT assets: hardware and software
• Excellent knowledge of the IT assets lifecycle: hardware and software
• Excellent knowledge of the inventory process
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• B2 (or higher) English leve

Specific requirements:

• Experience in IT Asset Management, in partcilular Software Asset Management
• Excellent understanding of software licencing models and software lifecycle management
• Practical knowledge and experience of Microsoft products and licensing models
• Data analytics and reporting skills
• Experience in procurement
• Possesion of the one of the asset management certificates: Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).

Typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a central repository of IT assets: hardware and software
• Stock control and advanced IT assets acquisition planning
• Stock control and advanced IT assets decommission planning
• Continuous reporting on the inventory of the IT assets
• Continuous monitoring of the IT assets distribution
• Conducting software and hardware compliance reviews
• Conducting IT assets assignments reviews
• Ensuring compliance with existing Assets Management rules
• Proposing and drafting IT asset management guidelines and procedures
• Ensuring continuous quality improvement
• Other specific duties as assigned by team leader.
