    The role involves delivering technical user support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across macOS, Windows, and various enterprise applications. Responsibilities include managing system configurations, maintaining IT assets, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely resolution of user-reported incidents. The position also requires working with AV equipment, printers, and access management systems while collaborating with global teams in a cutting-edge technology environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Providing technical user support, assisting users with system and software configuration
    • Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of laptops with MacOS (13.x, 14.x, 15.x) and Windows 10/11 operating systems;
    • Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office365, Zoom, Slack and other authorized desktop applications;
    • Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of printers, computer hardware;
    • Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of AV conference equipment (Projectors, AppleTV, cameras);
    • Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, AV equipment;
    • Maintaining assets inventory and equipment procurement;
    • User access management - Providing timely communication on issue status and resolution.
    • Maintaining ticket updates for all reported incidents.


    Min requirements:

    • Strong customer support skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and in a timely manner
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Understanding of basic Network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VoIP) and some experience in troubleshooting network issues
    • Basic understanding of Windows AD, LDAP
    • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems concepts


    Would be a plus:

    • Advanced MacOS knowledge
    • Advanced Windows knowledge
    • Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite)
    • AWS/GCP/Azure experience
