We are looking for a Salesforce Commercial System Support Specialist. This role will play a critical part in managing the transformation of our back-office systems, including migrating from Zora to Conga CPQ, Billing, and integrating with NetSuite ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Application Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce CRM to meet business needs, ensuring integration with ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Automation of Business Processes: Use Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flow, Workflows, and Formulas to automate business processes across Quote to Cash.
- API Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve technical issues and provide support for integrated systems, particularly involving Salesforce and other cloud-based applications.
- Development: Work on Salesforce development tasks using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java. Extend Salesforce functionalities with custom code where necessary.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
- Documentation & Process Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce configurations, integrations, and processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on system integration, data management, and overall solution architecture.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce CRM: Strong experience working with Salesforce, including application configuration, customization, and integration.
- API Integration: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, oAuth, and Single Sign-On.
- Business Process Automation: Proficiency in using Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, Workflows, and Assignment Rules.
- Development Skills: Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java development.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and system outages.
- Documentation: Ability to document Salesforce configurations, system processes, and technical requirements.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Conga/Apptus CPQ, and Workato for middleware integrations.
- Copado CD/CI experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Stripe, Avalara, or MarTech technologies is beneficial.
