Tech/Team Lead – Mainframe

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Tech/Team Lead - Mainframe position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

• Leading a strategic remote initiative for a large international bank.
• Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.​

Requirements

• Minimum of  8-10  years hands on experience in IBM Mainframe technologies with focus on Assembler
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Very strong hands on analysis, development, testing and estimation skills
• Familiarity with mainframe modernization and application migration processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English
