We are looking for a talented Scrum Master who is going to support one of our biggest clients - Royal Mail.

🔹Championing Agile principles, practices and values to help teams develop a baseline of mastery and a focus around continuous improvement.
🔹Actively participating in our Agile Delivery Community of Practice shared initiatives, knowledge sharing and helping to form agile best practices.
🔹Cultivating agile delivery metrics to forecast and support teams in embedding an evidence-based inspect and adapt mentality. 🔹Encouraging honest and open discussions to help teams stay accountable and realistic around their capacity, goals and sprint commitments.
🔹Supporting stakeholders in understanding the needs of an empirical mindset and building iteratively and incrementally.
🔹Supporting teams around identifying and spotting risks, dependencies and blockers and minimising the impacts early on. 🔹Facilitating well time-kept ceremonies and workshops across teams, domains and our Product and Engineering function.
🔹Encouraging team transparency around progress and priorities and identifying core key audiences to raise and support.
🔹Embedding and instilling quality through effective testing practices and techniques.
🔹Championing fast, adaptive and responsive value-driven delivery, building with our end-users needs at the heart of our thinking.
🔹Coaching Product Owners around backlog prioritisation, road mapping, user-story writing and story mapping techniques.
🔹Encouraging team knowledge sharing, pairing and collaboration and maintaining key channels and forums to support.
🔹Supporting team around simplicity and in being able to effectively break down work to deliver iteratively and incrementally. 🔹Supporting team around continuously reflecting and refining Agile ways of working and tools and agile best practices.
🔹Capacity planning to support team in being able to deliver at a comfortable and sustainable pace.
🔹Supporting teas in gaining focus and clarity around the next most important items and the clear impact and value they help to deliver.

👉Essential Experience
🔹Mimimum 5 years of experience in a previous Scrum Master role (it is as must)
🔹CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certification as a minimum requirement, additional certifications are a bonus
🔹Familiarity with Azure services and tools to support project delivery in a cloud environment
🔹Proven track record of working on complex migration initiatives
🔹Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
🔹Advanced level of English
