Business Systems Analyst

Salary: 700 - 900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in our client's financial project focused on analyzing mainframe applications and programs, ensuring that required changes are effectively implemented. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with other technologies and support the development and maintenance of system documentation using BPMN and UML. This role will also involve assisting in the creation of mainframe-related policies and procedures, working within the SAFe methodology framework.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyze and modify mainframe applications and programs to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of mainframe systems with other technologies
• Follow SAFe methodology for project execution and delivery
• Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation using BPMN and UML
• Assist in the creation and update of mainframe-related policies and procedures

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
• Over 3 years of experience in mainframe engineering
• Strong expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modeling 
• Deep knowledge of Requirements Elicitation (i.e. IREB/BABOK)
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML (i.e. Component Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, ERDs)
• Experience with documentation, Project Delivery (Agile), JIRA, and Confluence
