Project

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our HR transformation program. This high-profile project involves leading the transition to a new service provider, implementing a global HR template, and supporting localization across six countries. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program's success and smooth operation throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Assist the Program Manager in planning, coordination, and execution, step in to lead the program independently when required
• Manage the transition to a new service provider, ensuring minimal disruption, handle risk management, issue resolution, and contingency planning
• Support the development and customization of a global HR template, ensuring it meets local needs across six countries
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate updates, meetings, and ensure transparent communication across all levels
• Lead and drive program success independently when needed

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in leading multi-country HR transformation programs or projects
• Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar), change management methodologies, and HR processes
• Experience in a global environment with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory landscapes and cultural nuances
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical team
