Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM), automation, and software development. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Java, Python, Selenium, API testing, REST, and MySQL, along with experience in Agile methodologies, change management, and automation scripting. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and drive efficiency through automation.

• Oversee and drive projects related to IDAM, automation, and security.
• Implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Work in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage and support automation scripting efforts using Java, Python, and Selenium.
• Oversee the development and execution of automated tests for REST-based APIs.
• Lead integration efforts with SailPoint and other IDAM solutions.
• Manage user identity and access control within enterprise environments.
• Implement SailPoint solutions and optimize access provisioning workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and access governance.
• Oversee API testing and automation for REST services.
• Work with MySQL and other relational databases to manage user data efficiently.
• Work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in IDAM, automation, or security.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.
• Expertise in API testing and working with REST-based services.
• Experience with MySQL databases and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
• Experience with change management frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and IDAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of automation scripting for security and access control.
