End User Computing Engineer

Are you an experienced End User Computing Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in the banking industry? Join our team and play a key role in managing, maintaining, and improving IT end-user computing infrastructure.

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Intune, SCCM, CAPA Installer, and Microsoft 365, who can efficiently handle software packaging, deployment, scripting and support while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain end-user computing solutions using Intune, SCCM, and CAPA Installer
• Automate application packaging and deployment using PowerShell, VBS
• Secure and manage endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices) while ensuring compliance
• Provide Level 2/3 support for end-user computing issues, resolving application, device, and network-related problems
• Plan and deploy patches and software updates to meet security standards
• Maintain technical documentation and optimize EUC processes through automation
• Work closely with IT teams and provide training to enhance productivity

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Hands-on experience with CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, M365 administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD
• Experience in endpoint security & compliance management
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript for automation
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management
