Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, data integration (ETL), [a co z real-time/near real-time p BES/SIF?], data quality rules, match and merge rules, and user interfaces (Entity 360) for Product Master Data.
- Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub, including landing tables, staging tables, base objects, hierarchies, and relationships.
- Develop and maintain mappings, transformations, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to integrate data from various source systems into the MDM Hub.
- Develop and implement custom business rules and validation logic within Informatica MDM using SIF (Services Integration Framework) and user exits, leveraging Java for complex customizations.
- Implement and configure ActiveVOS workflows and business rules within the Informatica MDM environment.
- Customize and extend Entity 360 views and functionality to meet specific business requirements for Product Master Data.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, mapping specifications, and operational procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with data stewards and business users to define and document data quality requirements.
- Develop and implement data quality dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain custom Java-based extensions and integrations for Informatica MDM.
- Utilize REST APIs and web services for integration with other systems.
Service Operations & Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Informatica MDM platform and associated applications.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data integration, data quality, and system functionality.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage Incident, Problems and Changes for informatica MDM Service.
- Manage and execute data loads, data refreshes, and data migrations.
- Manage user access and security within the Informatica MDM environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Entity 360 and other MDM tools.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for production support
- Proactively monitor data quality and identify data issues.
- Work with data stewards to remediate data quality issues.
- Manage and maintain the ActiveVOS environment, including upgrades and patches.
- Ensure the availability and performance of the ActiveVOS application.
- Maintain and manage documentation
ActiveVOS Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ActiveVOS within the MDM team.
- Configure and customize ActiveVOS workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Integrate ActiveVOS with Informatica MDM and other relevant systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ActiveVOS.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on ActiveVOS.
Pharma Domain Knowledge:
- Understands of Pharma regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, GxP, Data Integrity, CSV.
- Apply regulatory concepts within MDM solutioning.
CI/CD & Release Management:
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Informatica MDM deployments, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes for MDM configurations and customizations.
- Manage code repositories (e.g., Git) and branching strategies for MDM development.
- Coordinate and execute releases of MDM updates and enhancements.
- Work with infrastructure teams to manage environments (development, testing, production).
- Implement version control and rollback mechanisms for MDM deployments.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in developing and implementing Informatica MDM solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with ActiveVOS, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and principles.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- 3+ years of experience with Java development, including experience with frameworks like Spring or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a Service Operations or Production Support role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
- 2+ years working with Product Master Data.
- 2+ years working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo).
- Experience with code versioning tools like Git.
