.NET Tech Leader

We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in software architecture, design, and engineering to drive the development of high-performance financial applications. The ideal candidate will lead a Scrum team, mentor developers, and design scalable solutions while remaining hands-on with coding and architecture.

Technology Stack:

• Backend: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
• Cloud: Azure
• Database: MS SQL Server, T-SQL

Responsibilities:

• Act as a principal developer and technical mentor for a Scrum team.
• Lead software design and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, and robust code, setting an example for the team.
• Introduce new technologies and design improvements to enhance the software ecosystem.
• Oversee key software components, including performance, testability, CI/CD, and cloud hosting.
• Provide technical documentation and design diagrams for ongoing projects.
• Act as a key participant in Scrum meetings, driving technical discussions and task allocation.
• Report team progress, challenges, and achievements to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in C# .NET development (.NET Framework & .NET Core).
• Strong problem-solving and programming skills.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming & Design (OOP/OOD).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and application maintainability best practices.
• Experience developing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Expertise in RESTful API development using modern .NET technologies.
• Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing architectures.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes or similar).
• Understanding of messaging architecture and experience with message brokers.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL (NoSQL experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Visual Studio and Git.
• Experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and organize team members.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive solutions.
