Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Specialist to join our team and support the development and optimization of the platform within our organization. This individual will primarily focus on Salesforce's technological aspects.
The person in this position will be responsible for configuration, process automation, and integrations.
Senior Salesforce Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Proficient English (B2/C1)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration
- Familiarity with Apex/LWC (daily coding is not required)
- Experience with integrations (REST API, Workato)
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certification (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - nice to have
