Job Description

Are you a passionate Software Engineer looking to make a difference in vehicle safety and comfort? Join our innovative team dedicated to developing cutting-edge driver monitoring technology! This rapidly growing field focuses on life-saving products such as driver drowsiness and attention monitoring, as well as seat belt recognition. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software solutions for driver monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various interior sensing features, including seat occupancy monitoring and gesture recognition.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems programming.
• Familiarity with software engineering tools and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development using multiple languages, including C and Python.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
• Understanding of structured software development processes (CI/CD, Automotive SPICE) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, GIT).
• Experience working in multi-regional or multi-site development teams.
• Familiarity with distributed software architectures.

• Main programming language: C++
• Supporting language: Python
• Development tools: Standard C++ toolchain for embedded applications.

Work Environment: This position allows for hybrid work mode from our Kraków office; 3 days a week in the office.
