We are looking for a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team, working on an innovative cloud-based facilities management solution. If you're passionate about ensuring high-quality software and enjoy mentoring junior team members, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework for functionality, integration, and regression testing.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks for both API and UI testing, leveraging Robot Framework’s keyword-driven approach.
• Write custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework for specific testing needs.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features.
• Mentor junior QA team members, promoting best practices in automation and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of test code.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in web application testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation QA, specifically using Robot Framework.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, and test management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven ability to mentor junior QA team members and drive quality standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python or Java.
• Familiarity with MS Azure.
