This Opportunity 

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Sales Analyst to join our Architectural Coatings (AC) team in the EMEA region. This role offers an exciting chance to transform sales- and customer data into actionable insights and support decision-making across our digital channels. 

How you will make an impact: 

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various digital and e-commerce platforms to monitor KPIs and identify trends and new growth opportunities 
• Own the roadmap and define the regional requirements for visually engaging dashboards that provide meaningful insights to support our omnichannel ambitions. 
• Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and adoption programs and recommend optimizations and improvements 
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global functional owners to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 

What You'll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on data automation and reporting. 
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. 
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to create strong business cases through data lead insights
