Role Description:

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic product development team in Warsaw, Poland. You will be instrumental in building, enhancing, and maintaining our cutting-edge AppExchange products, focusing on campaign attribution, funnel metrics, and revenue intelligence solutions. You'll work closely with other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that empower our customers to make data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth. You will also have an opportunity to work with new SF products like Data Cloud, SF AI.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform.

- Salesforce Developer I certification is a must.

- Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, etc.).

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin).
• Experience with managed package development and deployment on AppExchange.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Tableau

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional meetings until 8:00 PM.

Location:

Warsaw (new office), Poland (4 days a week in office, Friday remote)

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for our AppExchange products.

- Design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and adhere to our coding standards.

- Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Create basic technical documentation

- Work with QA to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
