Project and Bid Manager

Currently, for our client, we are looking for Project and Bid Managers to join long-term assignments.

Your role

• Lead and manage public sector projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and oversee project plans, monitor progress, and update stakeholders.
• Advise clients on project management and governance best practices.
• Collaborate on bids and proposals that highlight company's capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
• Excellent writing skills for compelling, targeted proposals.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management and bid management, especially for public tenders.
• Degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• 8+ years in project and bid management, preferably in public sector consulting.
• Knowledge of public sector operations and procurement.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.

Nice to have:

• Additional European language(s).
• Experience with international government agencies or consulting firms.
