Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be accountable for software development projects, based on agile best practices for one of the world’s top brands.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and tools such as User Stories, Burndown Charts, and Task Boards.
• Support the team in overcoming obstacles and provide training in Agile principles.
• Analyze processes and implement improvement measures after retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and detail Product Backlog Items.
• Coach teams and stakeholders, increasing Agile maturity with a focus on scaled Agile projects (e.g., SAFe).
• Proactively manage project execution to ensure delivery.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS).
• 2 years as a Scrum Master implementing Agile and Lean principles.
• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) in large-scale, multicultural environments.
• Higher education in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Practical knowledge of Agile techniques (certifications are a plus).
• Experience in facilitating senior stakeholders in international organizations.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• FLUENCY IN GERMAN (spoken and written).
• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (spoken and written).
