Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at TechTorch you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our business and technical teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective and scalable solutions. Your role will involve a mix of technical development, system integration, and process improvement, ensuring our Salesforce environment supports our business objectives and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Implement and manage Salesforce customizations, including custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

Integration:

• Integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, as well as Lightning components.

Documentation and Training:

• Document development processes, configuration, and integration efforts.
• Create user guides and provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I and II) preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and best practices.
• Working experience in Apex
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
