    Job description

    We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager from Warsaw to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating incident management activities, ensuring operational stability, and maintaining efficient communication across various stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as an Incident Coordinator to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
    • Contribute to building an effective and efficient Incident Management Process.
    • Manage communication with multiple stakeholders, including:
    • Internal teams within the area/train
    • Source systems to improve data quality
    • Systems consuming data
    • Engage with relevant stakeholders, including DevOps and Operations teams, to ensure quick restoration and operational stability.
    • Ensure incidents are correctly prioritized by Product Managers and Product Owners, assessing impact, urgency, and severity.
    • Secure correct and transparent incident and problem reporting.
    • Drive and coordinate activities for efficient problem resolution, including mitigating actions and cross-functional root cause analysis.
    • Lead incident and problem task forces when necessary.
    • Follow up on related problems to secure permanent fixes by facilitating cross-unit maintenance forums.


    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Extensive experience in managing incidents and problem task forces.
    • Experience in IT Operations, either on the IT or Business side.
    • Strong understanding and practical application of the ITIL framework.
    • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and drive necessary actions.
    • Experience in report preparation and documentation.
    • Dependable and proactive in raising concerns and finding solutions.
    • Well-structured, process-driven, and continuously seeking process improvements.
    • Professional-level English skills (written and verbal) are required.
    • Knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention is an advantage.


    Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with SAFe framework or other Agile methodologies.
